Gus Small and Brent Herrin have been practicing law together since 2005. In 2018 they decided to start a boutique law firm with Anna Humnicky and Ben Klehr focused on representing small to medium sized businesses, their owners and families, and institutions focusing on commercial bankruptcy, commercial litigation, higher education accreditation, estate planning, tax, and wealth preservation.
